How does MyGolfCrate work?

It's simple. We put together a crate of carefully selected golf goods and training equipment focusing on a certain aspect of your game. You will typically receive 4-6 high quality golf products, including golf essentials and a training aid to use during practice. 

When will I receive my first crate? 

All crates are dispatched on the 15th of the month. Orders must be placed on or before the 12th of the month to be dispatched on the 15th. Customer orders received after the 12th will receive their first crate the following month. 

Can I give MyGolfCrate as a gift?

Yes you can. You have two options when gifting MyGolfCrate, you can either buy a one-off gift crate from the store here on the website which will just include the one crate you select. Or you can gift a 1, 3 or 6 month subscription, just be sure to click the 'Gift' option at the checkout and the subscription will not renew.

Will the goods be appropriate for my handicap?

Of course. All of the goods and training aids can be used by any level golfer and most training aids are PGA approved.

Are there any fees for joining?

Absolutely not. We will never charge you transaction fees or increase the monthly price without your consent.

When each month will I be charged for my subscription? 

Payments are processed on the 30th of each month and crates are dispatched on the 15th. For example, the payment for February's crate shipped on the 15th will be processed on January 30th. 

Do you ship worldwide? 

Currently we only ship to Mainland UK however, be sure to sign up to our newsletter and as soon as we branch out we will let you know. 

What should I do if my parcel has not arrived?

In majority of cases the driver has attempted delivery but no-one was home to receive the parcel. All parcels include a 'Confirmed Delivery' tracking number. If your parcel is ever more than a few days late, just email us at and we can check when delivery was attempted and schedule a second attempt for you.

Can I freeze my subscription for a few months? 

Via the subscription preferences section of your account login you can skip the next 1 or 2 renewal dates. If you are not sure how to do this, or perhaps you want to freeze the subscription for more than 2 months, just send an email to

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds for boxes unless damaged. We maintain the right to refuse refund requests made near the dispatch date of the 15th.
